Candace focuses on helping executives and individuals reach their highest leadership potential. Candace’s over 25 years of corporate experience in the areas of finance, strategic planning, valuation, acquisitions, and the launching of new businesses coupled with her leadership development experience allows her to provide a unique perspective and skill set to her coaching engagements, because Candace has faced many of the same business challenges her clients are facing, first hand. Candace’s approach to coaching is to be a confidential partner and sounding board. The coaching process often begins with an assessment of an individual’s strengths, management style, and interpersonal skills along with 360-degree feedback from management, peers, and direct reports. These results, combined with Candace’s professional knowledge and experience, inform and guide the direction of a tailored development plan with goals, action items, and success measures. Candace is an iPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching) Certified Professional Coach and an ICF (International Coach Federation) Associate Certified Coach (ACC). Candace is certified in 360, Energy Leadership Index, Hogan, DISC and Team Emotional Intelligence assessments. Candace retired from her finance career as Senior Vice President and is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
